At Positive Terminal, dashcams are installed using proper fuse taps, prioritising unused/empty fuse slots whenever available. When this isn’t possible, we select suitable non-critical circuits, such as a cigarette socket or seat-heater circuit, while avoiding safety-critical vehicle systems. All wiring connections are properly soldered and heat-shrunk for a secure and long-lasting connection. Cables are concealed behind factory trims and carefully routed away from airbags and other safety systems.

Installation is only part of the job. We also take the time to properly configure your dashcam to suit your vehicle, the specific camera and your needs including recording, parking mode and other available settings.
